Look tumblr! I made cupcakes!

Recipe:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) sweet butter, softened
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- I also tossed in some lemon extract, probably about 1 tsp - it gives the cupcakes a nice subtle fruity taste :)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Put everything in the bowl of a mixer and beat it until the batter is smooth and pale (about 2 to 3 minutes). Spoon the batter into paper baking cups in a muffin tin - it should make about 18-24 depending on how big you want them. Bake for about 20 minutes, cool for 10 minutes or more, and frost with your favorite vanilla frosting. Then top each cupcake with half a strawberry!

Voila!
